  ***PLEASE READ***" for your protection.. BUYER BEWARE!! I rented a home through this propery management and they made my family and i sign a contract on a FALSE PRETENSE! !!! THEY FULLY ACKNOWLEDGE the fact that they broke every rule of the FREC (Florida Real estate commission) through misrepresentation, culpibable negligence and coercing tenants to sign addendums when they make their own mistake.. Incompetent people!

  I called Nadine Dawson as a first time home buyer using my VA Benefits. My credit score was not good and I had 2 months to find a house, buy it and move into it. Most Realtors didn't want to work on the weekends but Nadine spent much of her off time working with me. She found me a Mortgage company that looked past my credit score. Nadine found me my dream home and I didn't even have to pay closing costs! We were able to close and move in within my 2 month deadline. Nadine was great throughout the whole process. She was charming, gracious, well informed and she knows the Real Estate market. I highly recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell a home!

  Horrible management company. Do not do business with them. They are unprofessional and unorganized. They don’t handle business accordingly and then when brought to there attention they try and throw the rock and hide it. They make mistakes and instead of taking ownership they try and pass it along as if it’s your negligence and not there’s. I signed a lease and shame on me for not looking into them more. I can only imagine if you use there company to purchase a home. I’m stuck with them for another 11months. OH NOT TO MENTION THEY NEVER REPLY BACK unless it’s convenient for them. You have been warned! Choose someone else I would even send my dog there!
