  Fantastic house but maintenance and pool service is terrible for households. We paid for a hot tub and heated pooling and for over 2 days no one has come to fix our heated pooling or the sewage stench from our hot tub. Called 5 times and all they told us was someone was going to come with in the hour. It's been 48..
